He had to view properties with us for almost eight grueling months, but he never dropped us, or even hesitated to book viewings. He was always willing to help us with everything. We met Mr. Dan McCaskill for the first time and were impressed immediately by his knowledge and honest answers. He came prepared with fact sheet which explained what we could expect. Mr. Dan McCaskill brought in a person to do a virtual tour of our home. This tour was placed on the Keller Williams web site. Every Tuesday from the time the web site was posted until our house was sold we received a report of people and realtors viewing this site. Mr. Dan McCaskill kept in touch with us to make us aware of any parties viewing and touring inside our home. If any of these people or realtors had comments, Mr. Dan McCaskill passed the comments on to us. When we received an offer for our home Mr. McCaskill advised us what he perceived as the manner in which it was offered and how to deal with the offer. Once the amount was agreed upon Mr. McCaskill made signing the contract and later all amendments extremely easy as we were now out of state. Mr. Dan McCaskill continued to keep us aware of everything concerning the contract and our home. After the prospective buyer's inspection Mr. Dan McCaskll made arrangements to have all repairs made with our permission. He even got us the estimates before the work started and invoices on completion of the work. In order to avoid burdening us financially he had these costs put into the closing. There were and are three other houses on our section of the street still for sale. There are not enough words to describe the professionalism, friendliness and communicate skills shown to us by Mr. Dan McCaskill. Now that the house is sold we don't expect that we shall see and/or hear from him again. I only hope he realizes that he made our lives better during and after the sale of our home. I personally want him to know how much we appreciate him, the manner in which he conducts his business, his honesty and all he did for us.
This house in Rock Hill is the last one I've sold and although memories of the past fade, Danny is probably the best agent with whom I've worked. He has the fundamentals of a good agent (organized, dedicated, good communicator, honest and effective) and uses the latest real estate tools (the computer tools have changed significantly since I sold my last house). Danny also went the extra mile by volunteering to do things such as meeting contractors at the house when I was out of town on business and personally replacing a broken faucet. He is a great realtor with a good heart and it was a pleasure to work with him. I plan to contract with him again for my next house in his market area
